The images in Ballad of the Tiger are a collection of mental souvenirs. Unspectacular moments of wandering at a multitude of locations. In Isa Gelb’s own words: “these works are parts of a song without chorus that will never end as long as I’ll be carrying a camera”.
Isa Gelb is a Parisian graphic designer and analog photographer. Photography is the medium that allows her to express herself and create her own world in a quirky way. She’s also the creator of Underdogs a photography magazine, dedicated to contemporary photographers. More recently, she has co-founded White Light Collective along with 6 other like minded photographers.
